- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Mobile Latrines Made of Fiber Glass of each with Female and Male Rooms 1. Mobile latrines made of fiber glass/sheet 2. Has two separated classes one for males and one for females (one latrine having separate rooms for male and Female) 3. Each room has its own shower and external hand wash system 4. Each system will have a closed drainage system made up of 12 cm diameter PVC leading to the collection tanker which is a 2 M wide x 2.5 M in length 5. The latrines will have 500 liters capacity of water tanker fiber made of fiber to be located at the top each latrine shade. Interested and eligible suppliers can collect the bid document from Organization for Sustainable Development Head office Addis Ababa, Kirkos sub-city, Woreda 05, House No: 538Kera, in front of Eat Fruit, Kidane Mihretu building, 5th While submitting, copies of their valid and renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate and tax identification is required. Interested bidders must also submit the copies of their valid and renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, tax identification certificate, quality assurance certificates and other relevant supporting documents with their detailed addresses along with their quotation documents in a sealed envelope. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total submitted cost, in an Acceptable Bank Guarantee (CPO) from Known bank before 5:00 PM on the seventh (5th) day of the first announcement. The bid will be opened in the 6th working day of the first announcement at 10:30 a.m. and bidders or their Representative must be present during the bid opening in the Organization for Sustainable Development Head office Addis Ababa.
