- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Leather Physical Testing Laboratory Equipment Bid document price: 400.00 (Four Hundred Birr). The bidding document in English may he purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 400.00. The method of payment shall be in cash to the Ethiopian Technical University cashier. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM local time on September 14, 2021. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below September 14, 2021. at 2:30 PM
