Potential bidders (suppliers) may obtain the tender documents against payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 200.00 from Friendship Support Association (FSA) Head Office, Addis Ababa from August, 24, 2022 to September 8, 2022 during working hours (8:30 am-4:30 pm) from the following Address: Friendship Support Association (FSA), Head Office, Addis Ababa. VAT | TIN registration certificate; · Bid Security in the name of “Friendship Support Association” amounting 2% of the given price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee (should be submitted with separate sealed envelope). · Evidence of past performance on similar works and other relevant credentials: · Completely filled Price Schedule with separate sealed envelope 3. Tenders must be submitted in two (2) sealed envelopes, bearing the bidder-s official seal, and clearly marked “Original” and “Copy”, and must include the bidders- name, and contact address, as well as the Tender title. 4. Tenders must submit the bid doc to Friendship Support Association (FSA) head Office Admin Unit before September 8, 2022 , 4: 30 pm local time. 5. Friendship Support Association (FSA) Bid Committee will open tender responses on September 9, 2022 at 10:00 am with in the presence of Bidders- designated representatives who wish to attend. 6. Friendship Support Association (FSA) reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial or all of it entirely.
