- Tenders are invited for Procurement of a Firm Consultancy for Study of Human Resource Strategy The number of points to be assigned to each of the above positions shall be determined considering the following three sub-criteria and relevant percentage weights: General qualifications (general education, training, and experience): 20% Adequacy for the Assignment (relevant education, training, experience in the sector/ similar assignments ) 70%) Relevant experience in the region (working level fluency in local language(s)/ knowledge of local culture or administrative system, government organization, etc.); 10% Total weight: 100% (Transfer of knowledge (training) program (relevance of approach and methodology): 10 Participation by nationals among proposed Key Experts 10 person-months) to the total number of Key Experts' time-input (in person-months) in the Consultant 's Technical Proposal) The assignment needs highly qualified and competitive individual expert with the following experience: The expert should have advanced university degree (Masters or PhD) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Project management and other related fields. ! Minimum 12 years of experience (for Masters Holder) and 10 years of experience (for PhD Holder) in developing Human Resource Strategy. Priority will be given for experts who have experience in CRVS, Ability to integrate international experiences, and methodologies, Flexibility to adapt to any subsequent changes in the terms of reference
