- Tenders are invited for City Government of Addis Ababa Labor, Enterprise & Industry Development Bureau Invites Sealed Bids from Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Metal Doors Bid closing date: Jan 31, 2022 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Jan 31, 2022 11:30 AM Bid document price: 200.00 birr Bid bond: 150,000.00 (one hundred Fifty thousand Interested bidders who have relevant renewed trade license for the current budget year, Tax Clearance & VAT registration evidence. Bid document can be obtained from City Government of Addis Ababa Labor, Enterprise & Industry Development Bureau, Mexico Nib International Bank Head Office, 9th floor, Office No; 9/07, Finance Directorate, during office hours against a non-refundable payment of birr 200 (Two hundred birr) from the date of issuance of this bid on the Ethiopian Herald. Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive bidding procedures and is open to all eligible bidders. Delivery period- within 45 calendar days starting from date of contract signing Bids must be accomplished by bid bond of Ethiopian birr 150,000.00 (one hundred Fifty thousand) in the form of UN Conditional bank guarantee or certified payment order (C.P.O) Bids shall be submitted each having one original & two copies. Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers in wax-sealed envelope to the Agency starting from the date announced on the Ethiopian Herald for the consecutive 30 days. Bid will be closed in the presence of bidders or their legal representative on the January 31-2022 at 2:00 PM (Afternoon) & opened on the same date at 2: 30 PM (Afternoon) in the presence of bidder's representative, who chooses to attend, at the address below.
