Tenders are invited for Procurement of Desktop Computer, Laptop Computer, Photocopy Machine and Printer Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) ETB Bidders must submit their non-returnable copies of renewed relevant Trade license, Registration card issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, VAT Registration certificate, TIN (Tax Identification Number), Registration in FPPA's suppliers list, and Valid Tax clearance certificate from the concerned authority. Bid Documents can be obtained from Walabu Construction Share Company's Head Office (Labu,Muzika Sefer infront of Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Promise Building, 5th Floor, Procurement Directorate.) during office hours(Monday to Friday) and on Saturday until 6:00 local time upon payment of birt 200.00 (Two Hundred Only) All Bids Must be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee issued by Reputable Domestic Bank; any bid not secured accordingly shall be rejected automatically; (Insurance bond is not acceptable). Bidders shall prepare, sign and seal (on each page), and submit one original and one copy of the Technical and Financial offer proposals separately. Bid proposal will be received at Walabu Construction Share Company's Head Office (Labu, Muzika Sefer in front of Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Promise Building, 5th Floor, Procurement Directorate.) until 8:00 local time. The Bid shall be closed on September 16, 2021 at 8:00 (Local time) and opened on the same date at 8:30 (Local time) in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. The company reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
