- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consultancy Service for G+6 Mixed Use Building Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 The financial proposals of these selected or qualified consultants shall be opened and financial evaluation conducted after notice of the technical document result announced on the notice board, the bid is valid for 120 days. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ET. Birr 100, 0000.00 (one hundred thousand) for the project which will be payable on the first demand to client security need to be in an acceptable form of CPO or bank guarantee and the bid security must address of the employer and valid for 28 days beyond bid validity date, Late bids shall be rejected and indicating of disclosing financial proposal anywhere in the technical proposal will take to disqualification.
