- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Construction of Communal Toilets and Showers Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Degahbour Water and Sewerage Authority, Mohamed siyad E-mail: - maxamedbbk@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM i.e. 08:30 to 17:30 hours at the address given below. Second Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project Coordination Office degahbour Water supply and sewerage authority, near ugaas mahamud elementary school A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission or a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1000.00 (One thousand Ethiopian Birr) or its equivalent in freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below within 30 (thirty) days counted from the first day noticed posted on the news paper at 2:30 P.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on same day at 3:00P.M.
