- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Civil works contract for Construction of Small Scale irrigation Projects. Bids opening date: 28 days from the date of announcement letter at 8:30 local time Bid document price: 200 (Two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 455,145.55(Four Hundred Fifty Five Thousand one Hundred Forty Five Birr &55/100 cents Bidders interested in submitting a bid shall purchase the bidding document against payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200 (Two hundred birr) by sending an e-mail or letter, giving full contact details of the bidder, to the following point of contact. This will ensure that the bidders receive updates regarding this bidding document. The Bid security Amount Birr is 455,145.55(Four Hundred Fifty Five Thousand one Hundred Forty Five Birr &55/100 cents) for 120 Days. Late Bids will be rejected and will be closed on 28 days from the date of announcement letter at 8:00 local time and shall be Opend at 8:30 local time on the same day in the presence of bidders repetitive ISDDA Room number 13 Procurement and Property administrative Directorate who choose to attend. If the Bid Opening date is weekend(Saturday & Sunday) & Holiday, Opening Date will be the next working day. Bidders should be aware that late bids will not be accepted under any circumstance and will be returned unopened at the written request and cost of the bidder. Al bids must be accompanied by a bid security or a bid securing declaration (as required) in the manner and amount specified in the Bid Data Sheet. Please note that electronic bids shall not be accepted.
