- Tenders are invited for Procurement of B+G+4 Office Building Construction at Sashemene Town Bids opening date: 21st day from the first announcement date 10:30 AM Bid document price: 1000 (One Thousand only) Bid bond: 500,000. (five hundred thousands) Tender payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1000(One thousand) only in cash Starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office Hours through Monday to Friday, The client shall not bear any responsibility for misplacement of the "Qualification document" in the "Financial offer documents" envelope and which results in rejection of the bidder. Bids must be delivered on or before 9:30 AM, on the 21" day from the first announcement date (The submission date must be on a working day) and The Bid (Original Technical Requirement) will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM, in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend. The Financial proposal will be opened after a notice of the Technical requirement result is announced on the notice board. And the bid is valid for 128 days after the bid submission deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000. (five hundred thousand) ETB will be payable on the first demand to client security in the acceptable form of CPO or Un Conditional bank Guarantee and the bid security must address the employer. Late bids shall be rejected.
