- Tenders are invited for Procurement and Deployment of the following Vmware Software a VMWare vSphere 7 Standard for 1 Processor: Pcs 45 Basic Support/Subscription for VMWare vSphere 7 Standard for 1 Processor for 1 Year and 3 Years: Pcs 45 VMware vCenter Server 7 Standard for vSphere 7 (Per Instance): Pcs 1 Basic Support/Subscription VMware Center Server 7 Standard for vSphere 7 (Per Instance) for 1 year and 3 Years: Pcs 1 b Analysis, installation, and configuration of VMWare vSphere 7 and VMWare vCenter (Up to 45 servers will be migrated from physical server to the virtualized environment as part of the implementation) 1. MOENCO would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for the procurement and deployment of the following VMWare Products through open tender. 2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be taken by interested bidders starting from June 15, 2021, during office hours as specified below: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM- 4:30 PPA Saturday: 8:00 A.M-12:30 PM 3. Address: MOENCO Procurement Division, located at Bole Road, Behind Medhanialem Church, 2nd floor, for further information: Telephone +251 8090 Ext 215 / +251 8090 Ext 212. 4. For eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Taxpayer registration certificate, Value added tax certificate and tax clearance certificate 5. The bid document shall be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope by stating the address. Bids shall be submitted to the above-mentioned address, 6. Bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount indicated in tender document in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening. 7. This bid will be closed on July 2, 2021, at 3:15 PM in the afternoon and opened on the same day July 2, 2021 at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representative at the address mentioned under serial above. 8. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection, 9.
