- Tenders are invited for Procure Printing Services of Different Size T-Shirts Basic information for interested bidders: 1. Local bid documents can be obtained from ADA Addis Ababa office, with in 15 (fifteen) consecutive days since the date of this announcement. 2. Bids must be delivered in person to ADA Addis Ababa office with a sealed envelope within 15 (fifteen) consecutive days since the date of this announcement. 3. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid amount in the form of CPO or they must be secured by an unconditional Bank guarantee. 4. The winner is expected to sign the contract agreement with in three days since the receipt of notification. 5. The bid closing date shall be on the 15th day at 2:00pm. 6. The bids will be opened on the 15th day at 2:30pm in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at ADA Addis Ababa office. 7. ADA reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. 8. The delivery place is ADA Addis Ababa office 9. VAT will be collected
