The bids will be opened on the 15th working day at 2:30pm in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at ADA head office Bahir Dar city. ADA reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. The delivery place is ADA head office, Bahir Dar. VAT will be collected by the supplier.
