- Request for proposals are invited for Printer Maintenance and Repair Service. The International Organization for Migration is an Intergovernmental Humanitarian Organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society. The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Providers for the Taskalfa Kyocera printing/copying/scanning machines Maintenance and Repair service for IOM Ethiopia on a Long-Term Basis, for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued. The IOM through the Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (hereinafter called BEAC) now invites all eligible Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the above-mentioned Services. More details and Terms of Reference (TOR) about the Services to be provided up on request on below address. The Bidding Documents can be obtained by request in writing sent to the email address: SLOADDISABABAPROCUREMENT@iom.int until 12th of November 2021 by latest. The Proposal must be delivered by hand to IOM SLO Addis Ababa head office located at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Gemokenyatta Avenue, Kirkos Sub-City, Wereda 8, YeMez Building (behind Zuqualla Complex) on or before 15th November/2021 03:00PM hours (East African Time). Bids shall be valId for a period of 90 calendar days after submission of Bids. No late proposal shall be accepted. The BEAC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
