- Tenders are invited for Preparation of Aggar's new Business and Operating model including the Transformation Road Map and Five-Year Strategic Plan Document Interested bidders shall take bid documents from Human Resource and Administration Department during office hours starting from September 20, 2021, The Consultants have to present copy of renewed consultancy license (for current budget Year), document that shows experience of the Consultant in business and operating model including the Transformation Road Map and Strategic Business Plan document preparotion. Also, they should submit tax clearance certificate for current budget year as well as VAT Registration Certificate and Tin number Bid proposal shall be presented in the form of two envelop system based on the prepared TOR. Thus, the technical and financial offers shall be delivered separately labeling Technical' and 'Financial' on the envelop and shall be submitted to the Company address here under until October 1, 2021 before 11 AM The technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately and clearly making the envelops as original in a wax sealed and signed outer envelope addressed to AMFSC using the under listed address. Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or theiregal representative. Therefore, interested bidders can attend the opening of the bid on the date indicated above at 2:00 P.M. and at the same address. Failure to comply any of the conditions stated above shall entail automatic rejection. The Company has the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or in full.
