Loan No./Credit No. Grant No.: TF172848 NCCR (Nile Cooperation for Climate Resilience) RFB Reference No.: ET-ENTRO-335323-CW-RFB The Eastern Nile Technical Regional Office (ENTRO) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Nile Cooperation for Climate Resilience and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction and Maintenance of ENTRO Office Renovation "For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing." The Eastern Nile Technical Regional Office (ENTRO) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders (B/C or G/C7 and above) for the Construction and Maintenance of the ENTRO Office. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement, using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers", November 2020 ("Procurement Regulations") and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
