- Tenders are invited for Maintenance of Two Laboratory Blocks (Enterprise Block and Natural Science Lab Blocks) Bid closing date: 16th Calendar day at 10:00 AM (morning 4:00 Local time) Bid opening date: 16th Calendar day at 10:30 AM (morning 4:30 Local time) Region: Oromia Bid document price: Birr 300 Bid bond: Birr 50,000.00 A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased at the Mettu University procurement Directorate office upon submission of written application and copies of necessary renewed licenses and a non-refundable fee of 300ETB (Three Hundred Ethiopian Birr) in cash starting from the first announcement day of the All bids must be accompanied by the bid security for Small and micro enterprises shall be required to submit a letter of guarantee written by a competent government body organizing and overseeing them by stating the amount ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Only) in lieu of bid security or the amount of the Bid security shall be ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Only) at the Bidder's option could be in the form of CPO (Certified cheque or Payable order, or an unconditional Bank Guarantee addressed to the project title given in the table below.(Bid Security shall be valid for 120 days after the last date for submission of the Bid and Shall be valid for 28 days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.)
