Tenders are invited for Maintenance and Support of Cisco Unified Communication Solution Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: ETB 20,000.00 Bidders shall have the renewed trade license, trade registration, VAT registration, Tax registration, Supply registration and custom clearance. Bidders can obtain tender document before June 07, 2021 from the Ministry Finance, procurement, and property Administration directorate, Office No 36 by depositing nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 in Commercial bank of Ethiopia, Ministry of Finance with the acc. No 1000003784847. Proposal should be submitted to Ministry of Finance, procurement and property Administration directorate on or before June 07 /2021, 10:00 AM The bid completing of technical and financial document must be delivered in separate sealed, waxed and stamped envelopes in one copy labeled as original and copy. All copies of the bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the technical and financial) and outer envelopes, duly marked as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” both for the "technical proposal and Financial offer." The bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 20,000.00 with CPO or bank guaranty as mentioned in the RFP. Bids will be closed on June 07 /2021 10:00 AM. And opened the same day with the presence of bidders and/or their representatives at the Ministry Finance hall at 10:10 AM. Pricing based on other bidders is not allowed. The Ministry of Finance reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
