The Public Procurement Service (Pps) (The Former Public Procurement And Property Disposal Service (Pppds) On Behalf Of Ministry Education Have Funds With The Procuring Entity‟S Budget To Be Used For The Procurement Of Different Types Of Furniture And Natural Science Laboratory Furniture For Borena University. 2. The Pps Invites Sealed Bids From Local Eligible Bidders For The Supply And Delivery Of Goods Mentioned Above. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With The Open National Tendering Procedures Contained In The Public Procurement And Property Administration Proclamation Of The Government Of The Federal Democratic Republic Of Ethiopia And Is Open To All Eligible Local Bidders. 4.
