- Tenders are invited for Installation of ICT Infrastructure and Generators for the Targeted Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Colleges A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the day of the advertisement of the present Invitation for Bids on the submission of a written application to the mentioned address above upon payment of a non-refundable ETB 200.00 /two hundred/ in cash or direct de- posit to the ministry's bank account No. Bids must be delivered to the Procurement and Finance Executive Office Old Building on the 1st floor on or before 10:00 AM August 15, 2023. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All Bids must be accompanied by 2% of the Bid Security of the price proposed (offered). The Bid Security must be valid for 60 days and could be presented in the form of either a bank guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O) should be furnished by the name of the Ministry of Labor and Skills and must be delivered to the address indicated above. Bids will be opened in public at 10:30 AM of the same day in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person.
