- Expression of Interest are invited for ICT Consultancy Services. 1. Defense Construction Design Enterprise (DCDE) invites specialized and eligible consulting firm to submit sealed expressions of interest for the design of ICT Network Infrastructure with all necessary details for 2B+G+13 Multi-purpose building in Addis Ababa. 2. The Enterprise is seeking to hire a competent, energetic, qualified and experienced consulting firm interested in the assignment. The consultant should provide information demonstrating firm-s qualifications and relevant experience, range of services offered, qualification and experience of key professionals, track records and experiences of the firm in similar assignments and the consulting firm to be hired must be highly competent and must have experienced key professionals with appropriate work experience. 3. Based on the above information only short-listed Service Providers/Consulting Firms will be invited to submit their technical and financial proposal. 4. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub consultancy. 5. The Expression of Interest must be submitted in a hard copy in person to the address below on or before January 12, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. 6. Consulting Firms may obtain further information from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time from Monday to Friday through the address provided below. 7. The consulting firm will be selected under quality and cost based selection (QCBS) method in accordance with public Procurement Agency (PPA-S) procedures for selection and employment of consultant. 8. Defense Construction Design Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to cancel the selection process and reject all EOI at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
