- Tenders are invited for Hire Consulting Firm Capable of Managing and Preparing Cost (Time) Claims for the Woldiya-Flakit Heavy Maintenance Project Bid closing date: on or before 15 calendar days from the first date of advertisement at 2:30 PM Bid opening date: opened on the same day at 3:00PM. Region: Amhara Bid document price: ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr only) The Description of the Assignment of the claim engineer or consulting firm, for which this invitation is made, is to fulfill all the duties & responsibilities as detailed in the Terms of Reference. The service consists of furnishing complete claim management services for the contractor's requests on cost compensation. The scope of the service shall include all the services necessary to achieve the objectives described below. The Objectives of the Assignment are: i. To produce a qualified claim for time/cost compensation requests on road/bridge construction projects. ii. To produce working manuals and assessment reports in relation to current claim management practices. iii. Short term Training for the contractor's office engineers More details on the services are provided in the bidding document, Terms of Reference. The invitation is open to all consulting firms, having the following expertise requirements; For consulting firms All required Renewed licenses for the current fiscal (2014/2015) year for consulting firms Participation is open to all eligible consulting firms with license on related services. The Bid document can be collected from our office, Design Preparation and Contract Administration Core Process upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr only). The method of payment shall be in cash. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below on working days. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15 calendar days from the first date of advertisement at 2:30 PM, if the 15th day is a non-working day, it will be closed on the next working day. The bid will be opened on the same day at 3:00PM. A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procedures described in the BID DOCUMENT. The Amhara Road Works Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
