- Tenders are invited for Hire a Consultancy Firm to Conduct a Baseline Survey.. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to collect the term of reference (ToR) from ECSOC office before June 04, 2022. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial proposals in two separated sealed envelopes and other legal documents (renewed license, tax identification, VAT registration certificate, etc…) before June 11, 2022. Bidders are required to submit these documents in person to ECSOC office. ECSOC in partnership with EU, has been implementing a project titled ‘SUCCESS - Support to the CSO Council and Ethiopian Civil Society Sector- with an overall objective of contributing towards the realization of a proactive, credible, and vibrant civil society sector that assume a central role in the political, economic and social transformation of the county. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to collect the term of reference (ToR) from ECSOC office before June 04, 2022.
