- Tenders are invited for Furnishing the Necessary Labor, Materials, and Equipment for the Construction and Completion of Office and Store Building Bids opening date: Nov 22, 2021 03:30 PM Bid document price: 100.00 Birr Bid bond: 10,000.00 Birr A complete set of bidding document only for one Woreda may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr / from, Benishangul - Gumuz Regional State Water, Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau, and Tel. 251-057-775-0981/ 2294, and P.O.Box 51 Assosa. Bidders may obtain further information from, Benishangul Gumuz Regional State Water, Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau, and Tel. 251- 057-775-0981/ 2294, and P.O.Box 51 Asossa Town. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety/ 90/ and Bid Security shall be Valid for 90 Days plus four weeks after Bid opening. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 10,000.00 / ETB Ten Thousand, in an acceptable form, CPO & Bank Guarantee in the name of Benishangul Gumuz Regional State Water, Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau for each lot. Bids must be submitted on/ before and on November 22/2021 to Benishangul - Gumuz Regional State Water, Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau. The eligible bidders are expected to go through the bidding document and submit one original and two copies of their technical and financial proposals as well as bid security in separate sealed envelopes addressed to Benishangul - Gumuz Region Water, Irrigation and Energy Resources Development Bureau Meeting Hall on or before 3:00 P.M on or before November 22/2021 and bids shall be opened at 3:30 P.M at the same place in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
