Bid closing date: 20 calendar days of the announcement up to 2:00 Pm Bid opening date: 20 calendar days of the announcement up to 2:30 Pm Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 2% Manual Update Tender Invitation Network of Networks HIV Positives in Ethiopla (NEP+) is a legal registered CSO with registration No 1483 committed to end HIV and its impacts across the country. NEP+ would like to invite qualified consultants to review and update its key manual and documents including but not limited to: Financial & policies procedures, Organizational structure, Human Resource and Administration Policies & Procedures, Salary and Benefits and Procurement & Properties Management. Specifications for updating working Manuals: No of manuals to be updated : 5 manuals Tenders will be analysed and evaluated against the set criteria: Relevant experience and competence of the consultant in the area of NGO, Quality of services, Delivery/completion time, and Overall compliance with the requirements of the organization. The Consultant should include brief description of theirown work experiences, professional qualifications, skills and size of the work force, training, and experience of the team. Strong background and expertise in consultancy manual development and updating, on leading positions, implement similar assignment, Committed to deadline Instruction to Bidders:_ NEP+ invites sealed bid from eligible bidders for updating of aforementioned manuals, Interested bidders can collect a complete set of bid documents (TOR) from NEP+Office, OR request through email: aelwha@ethionet.et OR can be downloaded from NEP+ telegram 'NEP+ and its constituents' during working hour from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM -11: PM. Bidders must have Renewed Business License on respective area, TIN Certificate, and VAT registration certificate Bid must be accompanied Bid Bond of 2% of the total bid price in the form of certified cheque or CPO Bidders are expect to indicate their special/unique experience in similar field of assignment, methodology and work schedule, delivery time and professionals assigned. The financial and technical proposal should be submitted with one original and one Copy in a sealed envelope separately The bid must be deliver to NEP+ Office, Finance and Admin Dep't, Mexico square at Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce building 5th floor room no 405 P.O Box 780 code 1250 on or before 20 calendar days of the announcement up to 2:00 Pm, Bid will be opened on the 20th day of this advertisement at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidder or their representative at NEP+ Office.
