- Tenders are invited for External Audit Service. Bid closing date: Within Ten days after the date of the announcement Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa Alemtsehay Breast Cancer Foundation (ABCF) is a non-profit making, non-political, and Community Based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established in January 2012 in Atlanta Georgia, and legally registered & re-registered as a Foreign charity by Authority for Civil Society Organization (ACSO) under proclamation no 1113/2011 with registration No 4102. ABCF works for Ethiopian women in the United States and Ethiopia, who are burdened with financial needs to access screening, diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life for breast and cervical cancer. ABCF would like to invite interested and eligible external Audit Firms to submit their technical and financial proposals in a separate envelope for audit work service of its accounts for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022. Interested audit firms that fulfill the following criteria are invited to participate in the firm The audit firm must be accepted by the Authority for Civil Society Organization (ACSO) The audit firm should be registered with the office of the Audit General (ABBE) and listed as Grade A, B, C Renewed professional license and experienced personnel Tax identification number, VAT registration number, valid & renewed trade license The audit firm profile with proper evidence of having similar types of services Important Information The audit will be based in AA. Interim report management letters and financial consolidation reports will be the major output of the service. Firms should put the date of commencement and submission of the financial audit report Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelopes in person in our office in Addis Ababa within ten days after the date of the announcement.
