- Expression of Interest are invited for Ethiopia Wind Resource Measurement. The Government of Ethiopia (GoE) has appointed IFCs PPP Transaction Advisory Services (IFC Advisory) as the lead transaction advisor to Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) and the Ministry of Finance Public-Private Partnerships Directorate General (PPP-DG) to assist in the procurement of two utility scale wind IPP projects in Ethiopia on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis, up to 250 MW (the Project). In relation to this Project, IFC Advisory will procure a wind resource measurement consultant (Consultant) to perform a wind measurement campaign at one of the project sites. The Consultant shall be responsible for: (i) obtaining, transporting, commissioning, operating and maintaining, securing and decommissioning appropriate equipment in order to provide wind measurement data in accordance with the technical specifications to be outlined in the TOR, (ii) arranging for site leasing, permitting, and site access; (iii) complying with IFC Performance Standards in the implementation of the measurement campaign; and (iv) providing 12 months of high quality, bankable meteorological data on a monthly basis, including transfer to a platform for real-time online access. Provide Information Showing that They have Experience in Wind Measurement Campaigns and Mast Installations in East Africa (Preferably Ethiopia) · 2. Provide Information on the Technical and Managerial Capabilities of the Firm · 3. Provide Information on Their Core Business and Years in Business in the Wind Sector · 4. Provide Information on the Qualifications of Key Staff, including Local Partners Who have Experience in East Africa (Preferably Ethiopia)
