Technical and Financial offer should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelopes marked offer for “OPEN TENDER Eagle/01/22”.Indicating “Technical Proposal” and “Financial offer “ indicating the LOT No. on the two envelopes respectively on or before Wednesday, April 27/2022,10:30 AM Local Time at Our office.
