- Tenders are invited for Electronics and Machinery Maintenance Bid document price: 100.00 Birr Bidders can purchase the tender document by paying a non -refundable fee of Birr 100.00 ( one hundred Birr ) within 10 consecutive working days from the date of this tender by approaching the Addis Ababa City Court Office No. 17 . Bidders are required to submit only a certified payment order ( CPO) or bank certified check for each lot bid for the above - mentioned items for bid security . 2% of the total price for each lot from lot 1 to lot 8 , or if the bidders are organized in small groups , the office of the organizer , written to the address of the court , for the guarantee . They must submit a letter of bid confirmation . Service purchases from lots 09 - 16 require a deposit of 1% of the total price .
