- Tenders are invited for Dutch Relief Alliance Ethiopia/Tigray Joint Response The key objective of the Ethiopia Tigray Joint Response was to provide life-saving assistance to people facing severe acute needs. The intervention targeted the most vulnerable HHs, aiming to improve direct access to food, WASH, health, nutrition, and shelter, as well as protection and Multipurpose Cash (MPC). Partners worked in rural as well as urban areas, depending on the locally identified needs. Cluster, SPHERE, CHS standards were followed. The Dutch Relief Alliance requires a final evaluation to assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of response activities and to document and share lessons learned. The final evaluation will build on the results of the Rapid Real-Time Review which the report including conclusions and recommendations. The objective of the evaluation is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the results of the ETJR acute response. The evaluation is conducted to learn from the implementation and to ensure downward and upward accountability. The ETJR, led by Cordaid, is now looking to engage a consultant to conduct the final evaluation.
