  • Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery Raga Drilling Borehole Project for Guji Zone Health Office Uraga Hospital Drilling Project. Supply and Delivery of Submersible Bid closing date: 13/10/2014 E.C- (after 15-working days of this announcement) at 8:00 local time. Bid opening date: On the same day at 8:30 local time Region: Oromia Bid document price: 200 ETB Bid bond: 1.5% To: - All Bidders (suppliers) For the Supply and delivery raga Drilling borhall project for Guji Zone Health Office uraga hospital Drilling project by emergency Program-Budget of the year 2014. Guji Zone Finance Economic Cooperation Office wants to procure for Guji Zone Health office Submit with license valid for current year and registration from the ministry of trade/Bureau of regional trade for supply and delivery of submersible. 1 Bidder or supplier must submit VAT and TIN registration certificates issued by revenue and tax authority. 2 Bidders or suppliers must submit Tax clearance from Federal or Oromia revenue and tax authority valid for this bid validity period that permits the bidder to participate in any public tender. 3 Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding (NCB) Procedure contained in the public procurement and property administration proclamation of the government of the Federal Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders. i.e. (two-stage the first stage is preliminary and technical evaluation and the second stage is financial evaluation and also the bidders are advised to read instructions to the bidders before filling and submitting their bid. 4 Bidders or suppliers should be attaching certificate that shows they are registered in the supplier list. 5 Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents for a non-refundable payment of ETB 200 (Two Hundred Birr) from Guji Zone Finance office procurement and Property administration department No 17 only 15 (Fifteen working days bid floating) from 22/09/2014 to 10/10/2014 E.C 6 The Bidder shall enclose the original and each copy of the bid in separate sealed envelopes, duly marking the envelopes as: FINANCIAL ORIGINAL "and "FINANCIAL COPY" in separate envelops, BID SECURITY in separate envelopes. The envelopes containing the originals, copies, and bid security shall be enclosed in a single outer envelope. 7. Bid submission will be closed on 13/10/2014 E.C- (after 15-working days of this announcement) at 8:00 local time and will be open on the same day at 8:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representative at the Guji Zone Finance office meeting hall G+2 NO 135. 8. All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 1.5% of the total bid price (value) acceptable CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee (in a separate envelope prepared in the name of the Guji Zone Finance office. 9. Bidders should be able to submit their company profile, recommendation letter, and other credentials from recognized firms showing their experience with suppliers of similar nature and complexity. 10. The Supply of Drilling shall be completed within a maximum of 2 (Two) months starting from the signing of the contract. 11. The Winners of Bidding must drill including all necessary costs with loading and unloading, and be transported to Gujizone Uraga Hospital according to the specification. 12. Bidders are required to fill in all the necessary details requested in the bid document. 13. Bid security is Valid for 60 days starting from bid Opening day. 14. Any attempt of submission of forged (false) documents and or indication of financial offers and also misplaced documents and changes in any specifications result in rejection of the bid. 15. missing of any the above requirements would be cause for rejection of the bid document. 16.
