- Tenders are invited for Different Types of Food Items Purchase including Transportation Service Project Title: Food Security, livelihood, emergency food and WASH support for conflict affected communities areas of Gazgibla, Sehala, Dehana, and Sekota Zuria wordas of Wah Hmra zone Amhara region 1. Wheat flour (obtained from clean and sound wheat): 1400 Quintals 2. Edible oil fortified with Vitamin A: 5000 Liters 3. Famix Ms 5%: 202 Quintals Project Title: Emergency response, food support for drought affected Teltelle woreda ,Borena Zone ,Oromia Regional State 1. Wheat flour (obtained from clean and sound wheat): 1000 Quintals 2. Edible oil fortified with Vitamin A: 3500 Liters Interested and eligible bidders can obtain further detail information-s directly from the EECMY-DASSC procurement and Logistics office at the address given below during office hours within the indicated dates. For any Interested bidder the bid announcement is opened up to April 8 /2022 12:00 Am from the date of the announcement on newspaper at the address given below. Interested Bidders are requested to deliver wax sealed bid document original and copy of Technical and Financial proposal separately to EECMY-DASSC Head Office, in its Office building at Amist Kilo within 9 consecutive days from the announcement of this bid on newspaper. Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid bond of Birr 10,000.00 in the form of Cashier-s. Payment Order (CPO) and shall be marked payable to EECMY-DASSC and issued by eligible Ethiopian Bank. Bidders must attach valid business/trade license, VAT registration, supplier data Registration certificate for the current year, Tax clearance and good performance evidence and past work experience in related field. Bids shall be closed on the April 8, 2022 at 12:00 AM and will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM on the same date on the April 5, 2022 at EECMY-DASSC Head office Meeting Hall in the presence of the bidders/ duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.
