- Tenders are invited for Development of Human Resource Development and Management Policy and Procedure Manual. Bid closing date: Feb 03, 2022 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Feb 03, 2022 11:30 AM Bid bond: Birr 5,000 Bidders should collect the Bid document prepared for the assignment from the Human Resource Development and Logistics Department of AACCSA, Mexico Square, Chamber Building, 1rst floor, Office number 110. Bidders should submit their technical and financial proposals in two separate wax-sealed and stamped envelopes. . Bidders shall presentarenewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and Certificate of competence and Tax Payer Identification Certificate with their bid. . Bids will be opened at the ACCSA's premises on February 03, 2022 at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives, Late bids shall not be considered. . Bids shall be delivered to the following address on or before February 03, 2022, on 2:00 PM Bids shall be submitted with bid security Birr 5,000 in the form of CPO, certified check or unconditional bank guarantee. AACCSA has the right to cancel full or part of the bid
