- Tenders are invited for Development of Business Processes, Designing of Flowcharts & Recommendation of Formats Individual companies under SIG Include: Walia Steel Industry, Best Plastic Industry, Best Paint Industry, SH Steel Manufacturing Walia Coffee Processing & Export Horizon General Construction, Advanced Construction Materials Rental Objectives: The firm is required to carry out a thorough study of SIG processes for each company, business and work flows incorporating industry wide best practices and formats recommended for all the processes identified. The analysis and design/redesign of work flows within and between enterprises/departments of the organization is part of the mandate. There commended processes and flow charts and formats may prefer bly be in usage in other well known institutions. Scope: The firm will under take all processes identification, designing work flows and developing formats for SIG and individual companies including an analysis of the existing work flows and processes within and between organizations (or units). The firm will make a proposal for design/redesign of existing process to achieve break through improvements in performance measures to recommend a world class processes & work flows. The study should focus on Review the existing organizational structures, processes and formats Identify processes including beginning and end points, interfaces, as well as organizational units and stake holders involved, particularly with the units reporting in projects and having financial implications. Identify training and capacity building needs for better performance through human development. Develop cost build ups for each cost center Recommend integratede-Governance, e-Project management (social, economic and infrastructure projects), Monitoring & Evaluation, Audit, Accounts, HR, Document & record mana gement system, Office automation, Loan Management, Credit & Risk Management, Treasury & Fund Management, Business Intelligence based generic reporting system, Website and other related modules. The firm needs to examine SIG charter, bye-laws, financial rules and regulations and other related documents. Recommend workable system solutions which are in line with other industry best practices being followe dinsimilar organizations. The firm will ensure that the reporting system is prepared in a participatory manner that supports and strengthens the commitment of SIG management and staff; acknowledges the challenges in herent in the process such as resistance to change.Close collaboration with the managers will be required to ensure consistency in methodology as well as participatory approach. The assignment will require the services of a firm/ consultant/company with technical competence insystem development management and management consulting concepts such as business process reengineering, restructuring, and total quality Solution provider.In addition, the following qualifications will berequired: Aminimum of 5 years of experience as a firmin the development of some systems and change management. Experience in implementation and support for such exercises in other organizations.
