- Tenders are invited for Designs and Construction Supervision Service Bidders for 3b+G+22 Office Building Situated in Addis Ababa, at Arada Sub City, behind Hager Fikir Theatre. Interested potential bidders obtain Terms of Reference from the office of National Insurance Company of Ethiopia S.C against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 00/One Thousand Birr/ starting from the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper onward within 21 consecutive days during office hours. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the tender box situated at the Head Office of National Insurance Company of Ethiopia starting from the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper onward within 21 consecutive days. The auction will be closed after 21 days starting from the date of publication of the tender in the newspaper at 2 P.M and will be opened at 3.00 P.Mon the same day in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. If the closing and opening of the auction are not on a working day, it will be closed and opened on the next working day at the same time.
