- Tenders are invited for Designing, Implementing, Migrating, Integrating, Commissioning, Testing, And Training of Website and Portal Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: Birr 30,000.00 The bidder has to submit renewed relevant Trade license, valid Tax clearance letter, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate, and FPPA website supplier registration certificate. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Procurement directive and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Service Directorate and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday at working hours from 2:00 to 11:00 local time. The bid validity period shall be 120 days. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr). The method of payment shall be through bank Walk account number CBE 1000007971544 Addis Ababa Science and Technology University, The bid submission is from the date of the issue of the invitation in the newspaper to the 16th consecutive day. Time 4:00 LOCAL TIME. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on the 16th day of the date of the invitation on the newspaper at 4:30 local time. If the 16th day is not a working day, the bid will be delivered, closed and opened at the aforementioned time of the next working day. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 30,000.00 ETB (Thirty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. The client reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award
