- Tenders are invited for Design and Supervision Work of a 2b+G+30+T Mixed Use Building Project Bid closing date: Within 21 consecutive days from the date of this announcement Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 1,000.00 ETB The project is slated to be constructed on a 3.230 sqm plot of land and requires expertise in architectural design and project supervision. The bid is open to all companies possessing the appropriate competency certificate registered and licensed in Ethiopia. Details of the project, items of reference (TOR), and submission requirements can be obtained from our office located around Riche, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Interested applicants and required to procure the TOR for a non-refundable fee of 1,000 ETB. The deadline for the submission of proposals in within 21 consecutive days from the date of this announcement as published in The Reporter English Newsletter. In order to arrange the proposal as per the terms of reference requirements applicants are encouraged to collect the TOR as early as possible.
