- Tenders are invited for Data Collection in Support of the Eatsafe Ethiopia Baseline Assessment in Hawassa The EatSafe (Evidence and Action Towards Safe, Nutritious Food) is a programme that aims to generate evidence and knowledge of the potential of increased consumer demand for safe food to substantially improve the safety of nutritious foods in informal market. As part of this work, GAIN seeks to carry out baseline assessment in Hawassa to better understand how consumers and vendors in the region/ city perceive and make decisions on food safety, in the context of food purchasing or vending choices and practices. The baseline assessment will build upon already completed formative research. The baseline assessment will focus on two large markets in Hawassa city and include a range of commodities sold in the market. GAIN is looking for eligible consultants to support data collection in support of the baseline assessment that will be conducted Hawassa, Ethiopia.
