- Tenders are invited for Consulting Services for the Architectural and Detailed Engineering Design for the Construction of G+2 Mixed Use Building Bids opening date: Ten calendar days at 2:00 PM Bid document price: 100.00 Birr The bidders/consultancy firms/ with experience in Architecture and Detailed Engineering design shall have the following profile: A trade license for construction services valid for the current fiscal year; VAT and TIN registration certificates; valid certificate of registration from the relevant ministry; and competency certificate Must be operational for at least three (3) years or above Must have at least three (3) years of consulting experience in A & E design Must have previously performed at least three (3) A & E design of similar projects Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document against a non-refundable payment of ETB 100 (One Hundred Birr)and can collect during office hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Bids must be received on or before 12:00 AMTen calendar days from the bid announcement. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the afternoon in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Sodo-Buee CFDCO's meeting hall.
