- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultation Service (the Service) Includes Citywide Sanitation Plan Preparation, Feasibility Study and Detailed Design of the Faecal Sludge Management System for the Ten Towns; Namely Ambo, Welkite, Sebeta, Batu, Arsi Negele, Dilla, Robe, Kombolcha, Woldia and Debre Tabor. - The Overall Objective of the Study is to Conduct Situation Sanitation Assessment, Feasibility Study and Detail Design Faecal Sludge Management, (FSM) for Enabling Realization of Citywide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS) for each Selected Towns. - To Undertake in-Depth Assessment of the Current Sanitation Situation and Existing Plan with Respect to Liquid Waste, Solid Waste, and Urban Drainage Include the Institutional Arrangement, Infrastructures, Strategies, Strategic Development Plans at National, Region, and Towns' Levels and Developing an Appropriate Institutional Framework and Action Plan Covering Faecal Sludge (FS) and Other Facilities Used for Sanitation Services Provision and Management. - To Develop Indicative Plan for Sanitation (Solid, Faecal Sludge and Urban Drainage) for each Town. - To Develop Urban Wastewater Management Development Plan for each Town. - To Conduct Feasibility and Detail Design of Appropriate City Wide Inclusive Sanitation/Faecal Sludge Management Infrastructure and Recommend Commensurate Management System (Financial and Business Arrangement, Regulatory Framework, and Customer Oriented Programs) for All Towns.
