- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services To Develop Women and Youth Empowerment Program Strategic Guideline and Standard Operating Procedure (Sg-Sop), a Strategic Guideline and Standard Operating Procedure, and a Socioeconomic-Baseline Survey Interested applicants who meet the required conditions are invited to collect the ToRs for the listed consultancy areas from MELCA-Ethiopia's Head office in 5 working days, from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, starting from the date of the appearance of this advertisement. Accordingly, interested applicants may submit their technical and financial proposals in a separately sealed envelope within 10 working days from the date of the appearance of this request for the proposal. MELCA-Ethiopia reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Availing of competent female experts has the advantage of getting a 10% bonus point in the selection process.
