Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Psychosocial Support Requirements: All interested team of consultant(s)/firms should meet the following criteria: Company profile that shows its size and staff composition; CV's of experts that demonstrate prior experience and qualifications that shows Relevant sector-specific experience and qualifications/professional affiliation in psychology, trauma, stress; Experience in creating a referral system Experience in handling debriefing or providing advice face to face or online Experience in adult learning/training Knowledge and experience in supporting staff who pass through stress, handling difficult changes Provide proof that they have performed similar services. Letters of reference from at least three contactable referees must also be submitted. Able to travel to Branch Offices of EHRC Financial proposal with the itemized costs for the work covering professional fees, travel costs and taxes. Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Amharic and English Application instructions: Interested consultants can take the Bid documents, including TOR from its Head Office at Addis Ababa during office hours starting from the date of this announcement for ten working days. Interested applicants must submit their technical and financial proposals in English in two separately sealed envelopes to the Finance and Procurement Directorate of EHRC by hard copy. Applicants are required to submit copies of license, VAT, supplier registration, etc., together with their technical proposal. Only registered firms/companies will be considered. EHRC reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
