- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for the Development of National Eye Health Strategy 2022-2025 Identify strengths, gaps of the previous strategic plan (20162020) and challenges encountered in the implementation phase for challenges intrinsic from the plan itself and from external environment. Scan operating environment and identify opportunities and threats and integrate mitigation plans in the upcoming strategy Identify critical success factors in for past strategic plans and experiences from other Sub-Saharan African countries Set a realistic strategic goal, objectives, and plans, for eye health for the coming years in line with the global eye health strategy. Develop implementation, monitoring & evaluation (M&E) frameworks and plans Estimate costing and resource needs to implement the strategic plan. Submit comprehensive and good quality strategic plan for review and inputs Organize validation workshop and present the strategic plan in the presence of key national and regional level stakeholders Incorporate inputs and submit final strategic plan document for approval by the MoH. Align the national strategic plan with SDGs and NTDS 2030 roadmaps for eye care services sustainability
