- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Aastu Developing Corporate Structure, Conducting Feasibility Study for Selected Business Area and Developing Business for the Feasibility Business Idea Bids opening date: 06/12/2021 EC at 10:30 Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand birr) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the (ICB) contained in the public procurement proclamation of the federal government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders, A complete set of bidding documents in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University Procurement service directorate office, Tel. 0118960787 at room No 62 for none refundable fee of Birr 200.00 / two hundred Birr only, the method of payment will be in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia A/C No. 1000007971544 Starting from the date of announcement on Ethiopian herald for 35 consecutive calendar days Details of qualifications requirements are provided in the bidding document Bidders may obtain further information from the procurement service directorate office of AASTU and inspect and acquire the bidding documents, at the above-mentioned office at the normal working hour All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form of CPO 100,000 (one hundred thousand) birr from the certified Ethiopian banks and must be submitted on bid in a separate envelope The bidders shall submit one original & two copies of each technical and financial proposal of the bid document, Bidders shall obtain information about sealing from instruction to bidder. All bidders shall submit the bid document to Addis Ababa Science and Technology University procurement Service directorate office at room No 62 before dated on 06/12/2021 EC at 10:00 am The bid shall be valid for a period of (120) days. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the same day of submission of the bid document at 10:30 am at the address below. The organization (AASTU) reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
