Tenders are invited for Construction Works of the Store and Office, Fence Works, And Toilet and Shower Bid closing date: Nov 03, 2023 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Nov 03, 2023 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 60,000.00 for Each Lot Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) via Commercial Bank of Ethiopia A/C No. 1000517806424 (Original Deposit Slip required). Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 PM November 03, 2023. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2:30 PM November 03, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of for each Lot: ETB 60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO, unconditional Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond. Bidder should submit a copy of renewed Trade Licence, VAT Registration certificate, TIN Certificate, valid Tax Clearance, and Supplier list from PPA website or from e-GP portal. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
