- Tenders are invited for Awash Bank S.C. Invites Eligible Bidders of Contractors Category Gc2/Bc1 for the Construction Works of Awash Bank, Dire Dawa Regional Office and Branch Building B+G+7, Which is Located in Dire Dawa Town A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from the Procurement Division of Awash Bank S.C. located at HQ Building 12th floor upon producing receipt of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500, at AWASH BANK ANY BRANCH, during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00PM; 1:00 PM-05:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) starting from September 25, 2023 upon Presentation of copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Registration Certificate. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of ETB 2,000,000.00 (Two Million Birr) in the form of a Cashier's payment order CPO or unconditional and irrevocable Bank Guarantee letter from a local reputable Banks and must be addressed to "AWASH BANK S.C" in separate envelope. Failure to fulfill acceptable bid security will be cause for disqualification. The bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before October 12, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the above-mentioned address. Bid opening shall be held at the office of Director, Procurement and Supplies Management Directorate, located at Awash Bank HQ Building 12th floor in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives, who wish to attend on October 12,2023 at 11:00 AM.
