- Tenders are invited for The Ministry of Revenues has Allocated Budget towards the Cost of Maintenance of G+3 Office Building, Day Care Work, Fence and Site Work Project and Intends to Apply Part of this Budget to Payments for the Construction Works of Aforementioned Project All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 205,000.00 (Two hundred five Thousand ETB) from legal banks of Ethiopia. The bid security shall be payable on demand to the Ministry office, and must be a Bank Guarantee or a Certified Payment Order (CPO) at the Bidders option except any insurance company guaranties. The validity of the bid shall be 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred Birr only) Bid bond: 205,000.00 (Two hundred five Thousand ETB) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents, including a complete set of Engineering Drawings, Bill of Quantities, etc., which are necessary for bidding purpose, at the address given below at office working hours. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five hundred Birr only), effective from the first date of announcement up to dead line.
