- Tenders are invited for Construction of Water Supply Bore Hole Project Kebele 02 Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 200,000.00 Birr Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from address stated below.(N0,8) The bidders shall submit two wax sealed bidding documents these two documents have (one original and two copies) for each technical and finical documents, the bid security must be wax, sealed and signed separately. A Complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application indicating the projects on which the bidder is interested, VAT Registration certificate, certificate of Competence from Ministry of Construction & Urban Development or renewed registration certificate from oromia industry Urban Development bureau to the address given below and upon payment of un refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 500.00 only in cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hours (work days) through Monday to Friday. Bids must be delivered on or before 09:00 Am, on the 22th day from the first announcement date must be on working day) (Original technical requirement) will be opened on the same day at 09:30 Am, in the presence of the bidders representative who choose to attened. The financial proposal of the substantially responsive bidder (bidders who scores 70 points and above) will be opened after notice of the technical requirement result is announced on the notice board and the bid is valid for 120 days. All bides must be accompanied by a bid security of the birr 200,000.00 (two thousand) for project which will be payable on the first demand to client, security in original acceptable from of CPO or un conditional bank Guarantee and the bid security must address of the employer and valid for 28 beyond bid validity, Late bids shall be rejected
