- Tenders are invited for Construction of Two Different Buildings 4b+G+M+16+Terace Head Quarter & 3b+G+M+13 Commercial Building Projects Located in Addis Ababa Close each Other. But not in the Same Plot. 6. A complete set of document can be purchase on submission of written application and original document with its copies of, Tin Number, VAT registered certificate, proof of their up to date registered certificate from Authorized Business Licenser, Supplier list Registration on PPA Websites, Ministry of Construction registration certificate as stated in #1 above, renewed Trade License and Tax Clearness Certificate from concerning Authority (Domestic Bidders), Authenticated document with respective Country (International Bidders) and up on payment of nonrefundable fee Ethiopian Birr 5,000 (Five Thousand) or Equivalent USD Currency, 7. All bids must be accompanied by bid security: Birr 2.5 million (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand) or USD 75,000.00 (Seventy-Five Thousand). The bid security shall be in original form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from any Commercial Bank in Ethiopia. The Bid Security shall be valid for at least One Hundred Fifty (150) days after the Bid submission deadline.
