- Tenders are invited for Construction of Traditional Up Grading Irrigation Project Bid closing date: Jan 30, 2024 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Jan 30, 2024 10:30 AM Region: Oromia Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 100,000.00 Birr Bidding documents prepared in English can be purchased at the Digga Woreda of Finance office upon submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee of Birr 500 (Five hundred birr) starting from 19/04/2016 up to 20/05/2016 E.C A bidder is required to present VAT registration certificate TIN Renewed trade license Tax clearance Renewed WWC license Bid evaluation will be conducted through NCB procedures specified in World Bank procurement guidelines (qualification and evaluation criteria are included in the bid document). Submission and opening of bid; The deadline for bid submission shall be at 4:00 local time on 21/05/2016 E.C. The original, two copies of the Technical document and CPO each shall be placed in separate envelopes marked as "Original Technical document, technical Copy 1, Technical copy 2 and CPO"; all envelopes shall be placed in one large outer envelope and wax sealed then mark as technical and CPO with full information. The original, two copies of the financial document, and cost breakdown analysis each shall be placed in separate envelopes marked as "Original financial document, financial Copy 1, financial copy 2 and Cost breakdown analysis"; all envelopes shall be placed in one large outer envelope and wax sealed then mark as financial and cost breakdown analysis with full information. Both envelopes (b & c) shall be placed in large outer envelopes and wax sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other information indicated in the bid data sheet and clearly marked as "to be opened only in the presence of the tender committee". In preparing the document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document. The bid opening will be at the local time of 4:30 on the date of 21/05/2016 E.C. The committee assigned by the client will evaluate the Technical of the bidders based on the basis of their responsiveness to the bid document FSRP criteria. Submission forged (false) document and/or indication of financial offer on the Technical document shall result in rejection of the bid.
